Yes — partner certification is free and required across all tiers. It takes ~2 hours.
How are margins paid?
Recurring services pay monthly after the customer invoice clears. One-time services pay within 30 days of project close.
What is deal-reg protection?
When you register a qualified deal, no other partner can register the same opportunity for 30/60/90 days depending on your tier.
Can I co-brand materials?
Gold and Platinum partners get co-branded sales decks, one-pagers, and email templates.
What happens if I miss the next tier's revenue threshold?
Tiers are evaluated annually. You stay at your current tier until the next review — we don't demote mid-year for short windows.
Can I resell future HackFirstAid services?
Yes. All current partners get access to new verticals at launch. Platinum gets early access.
Do you handle delivery on advanced engagements?
Yes — vCISO, IR retainers, and complex HIPAA work can be delivered by HackFirstAid with you as the customer relationship owner.
What happens with conflicts between partners?
Deal-reg protection is first-come, first-qualified. Disputes go through Travis and are resolved within 5 business days.
Can associations get group pricing for members?
Yes — association partners get member-rate pricing and association-branded landing pages.
Is there a contract minimum?
No annual commitment at Silver. Gold and Platinum require maintaining their revenue thresholds across review cycles.
Do you do white label?
MSPs can white-label most services for ongoing managed engagements. We don't white-label HIPAA risk reports (regulatory reasons).
