Is there a cost to join the partner program?
No. Applying, onboarding, and partner certification are all free. There are no annual program fees.
What is partner certification and how long does it take?
A self-paced online course covering the HackFirstAid portfolio, positioning, and sales process. It takes about 2–3 hours and is required before registering your first deal.
Can I white-label HackFirstAid services?
Co-branded delivery is available at Gold and Platinum. Full white-label is available at Platinum by arrangement — contact your partner manager to discuss.
What happens if my bookings drop below a threshold?
Tiers are evaluated every 12 months. If you fall below a threshold, you keep your current tier for a 90-day grace period before stepping down.
How does deal registration work?
Submit a registration through the partner portal before quoting a prospect. Approved registrations give you price protection and lock out competing channel partners on that deal for 90 days.
What counts toward my tier threshold?
All HackFirstAid product lines — subscriptions, advisory engagements, retainers, and tabletop exercises — count toward your annual booked revenue.
